Power Flow Yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where
students fluidly move from one pose to the next while connecting their
breathing to their movements. Power yoga enthusiasts say it enhances
stamina, flexibility, posture, and mental focus. Like all physical
activities, it also relieves tension and releases toxins through sweat. Because
it is rigorous, it burns more calories than most traditional forms of yoga and
therefore can help with weight
loss.
Amazing Alexia will be teaching this class. Alexia is a 200 hour yoga certified professional since 2017 and a licensed massage therapist since 2014. She loves to incorporate her life long love for dance into all modalities of healing. She has studies Shiatsu, Tui Na, Lomi Lomi, Swedish Massage, Deep tissue, Reflexology, Herbal-ism, PNF stretching, Meditation, aromatherapy and so much more to cultivate a wide range of tools to better suit her students and clients. Her ultimate goal in life is to help others and empower people to feel the happiness and gratitude she feels everyday.
