Come move with us first, Eat and cheers after to start your day right on the first Sunday of 2020. 

Class starts at 8:30 AM on Jan 5th @ Tosha Yoga located at 1251 9th St in Arcata. Please arrive 15 mins before class to snag your spot and warm up. Pre-registration required. We will be heading to The Pub downstairs after the class for Brunch and Bubblies. Ticket includes Buti yoga class and Brunch along with one drink of choice (Mimosa, Kombucha, Latte, beer, wine).

Buti yoga is a unique practice, known for it's cardio-intensive bursts of tribal dance, primal movement, and conditioning. In Indian Marathi, “Buti” literally means to cure something that is hidden. Ashland, out in-house Buti certified instructor will be teaching the class.
